LVT Challenge Week 3: Over 1/2 of customers do this before buying... are you ready?

For the past two weeks, we’ve been stacking wins.

✅ Week 1: Optimized your Google Business Profile so customers can actually find you.
✅ Week 2: Built trust and authority by generating Google reviews.

But there’s a huge gap we need to close this week…

Because more than half of the actions on a Google Business listing are website visits.

That means over half of the people who find your business on Google are clicking through to your website before they make a decision.

So if your site isn’t clear, professional, and optimized to convert—you’re losing business.

That’s why Week 3 is about Website Optimization—so that your visitors convert to leads and don’t slip through the cracks.

LVT Challenge: Week 3 – Website Optimization

Your website doesn’t need to be fancy.

It just needs to do 2 things really well:

1️⃣ Turn visitors into leads or customers
2️⃣ Make Google happy (so it ranks higher)

Most small business websites I’ve seen fail at both because they:
 
❌ Don’t have a clear CTA (not even a simple button telling visitors what to do)
❌ Have outdated or missing contact info (if they can’t reach you, they’ll move on)
❌ Aren’t mobile-friendly (almost 3/4 of local searches happen on phones)
❌ Load too slowly (people are impatient and peace out if it takes more than 3 seconds)

This week, we’re fixing that.

Your Challenge This Week: Make Your Website A Lead Generating Powerhouse

Step 1: Download your Local Visibility Trifecta Checklist if you haven’t already

Step 2: Go through the “Part 3: Website Optimization” section of the checklist.

Again… Just go through step by step

Why This Matters

Your website is where most leads decide whether to do business with you.

If it’s confusing, slow, or missing key info, they bounce and head to your competitor.

This week, let’s make sure that doesn’t happen.

This Week:

  1. Download the LVT checklist

  2. Fix at least 3 things on your website (if you can’t find 3, let me know and I’ll help you out)

  3. Reply and let me know when it’s done—I’ll take a peek
