Step 1: Grab the Local Visibility Trifecta Checklist
Step 2: Scroll to the “Bonus: Creating Your Competition-Crushing USP” section
Step 3: Work through the short prompts to develop your unique positioning

Here’s a quick formula from the checklist to guide you:

1. Identify the industry frustration (What’s annoying customers about your industry?)
2. Create your unique solution (What do you do differently to solve that?)
3. Define your ideal customer (Be specific)
4. Combine it into one clear, punchy statement

Example:

“We help busy professionals upgrade their car audio by bringing our mobile installation service to their home or office—so they never waste time at a shop.”

Compare that to “We install stereos.”

Not even close.

Why This Matters

A strong USP helps you:

  • Get more clicks on search and social

  • Convert more leads who were on the fence

  • Charge higher prices (because your offer stands out)
